WaSP Action Campaigns

In addition to providing educational resources, The Web Standards Project works with website developers and the makers of visual editing environments to use and promote the use of standards.

The WaSP’s Dreamweaver Task Force has worked with Macromedia to improve the standards compliance and accessibility of web pages produced with Macromedia Dreamweaver.

WaSP’s Education Task Force works directly with institutions of higher education to promote instruction of Web standards and standards-compliant public sites.

The DOM Scripting Task Force uses weblogs and face-to-face outreach opportunities to educate developers from all backgrounds about Document Object Model Application Programming Interfaces, especially those centered on client-side JavaScript.
